2023 & 2024 - RAPID Tanzania ​  facilitated the commemoration of World Humanitarian Day(WHD) in Tanzania(WHD) 

World Humanitarian Day  commemoration  serve as an essential platform to advocate for the protection and support of vulnerable communities affected by conflict and disaster while also honoring the selfless dedication of humanitarian workers. Through impactful activities, the commemoration will continue to raise awareness and inspire collective action for a more resilient and compassionate world.  The 1st WHD commemoration Tanzania was  done in Dar es salaam in 2023 at Karimjee hall  and   attended by more 300 people  and the guest of honor was Dar e salaam Regional Commissioner Honourable  Albert Chalamila.​
